Stupid system

The fordsburg branch forces their customers to deposit money in the outside atms as if it is very safe on top of that the atms don't accept all the money. I went back to my car in a very dangerous area exchanged the money and once again the atm refused me I went inside the branch and the lady changed the money for me and the atm still didn't accept the money and then I was told to go inside and stand in line again. The system is stupid as hell also I had to help another family because they not atm literate now what if I decided to help them and deposited the money into my account. FNB is the worst bank ever.
