Stupid front desk lady from fnb

Went to open an account today at the Chatsworth branch, security directed me to the correct queue to stand in and after waiting for 45 minutes, made a phone call, while on the call, the person from the front desk comes out and starts asking the customers what they needed, she comes to me and starts talking to me, i tell her I'm on a call, she says 'then I don't know what I can help you with' then goes to the next person, after I was done with the call she comes back to ask if I'm done with the call and then again asks what I need from the bank, there was no reason for her to ask anybody that because security had put the customers in the correct line and I still had to wait outside for 30 minutes, she is also rude and talks at you and not to you, her name is Amy Reddy
