Stupid fnb life policy

I am writing this with a sad heart I have what we they call fnb life and my wife is covered on the police and she was hospitalized and as requested I submitted every document for the claim and it was confirmed that they were received and according to them the claim takes up to 14 days to be finalized but that's not true and the never get back to you via feedback. You will keep on calling them which cost money again and be told that your claim will be excallated and you never missed their monthly payment everything between you and them is up to date... I even went to fnb branch to ask for help was told to call but they are the once to advice us to sign up for their stupid policies. After the finalization I swear will immediately close this stupid policy.
