Stupid FNB at its best

This stupid bank,I had a credit card which I closed months ago,they don't update it on credit burea ***ol,I challenged the information with Transunion not knowing that two blinds are showing each other the way,they provided information that the account is still active and in force,kanjani because they sent me a letter of closure which I even attached,they are not even updating the stupid account on the bureau but the stupid Transunion is happy to tag along,coming to think that I pay this Transunion yearly subscription to get this kind on nonsense,its time I close everything with FNB,my checque acc,funeral cover and short term insurance and take them somewhere credible because I can't deal with this level of stupidity and as for Transunion we're done,you're useless
