Stupid app and Stupid design

needed to get my smart ID went on the app to look for a branch that i didn't need to go to the useless home affairs. made my booking via the app and saw that there was a option to go to the branch in germiston lambton got the notification to sy it has been booked got there and was informed that thy dont do smart ID's WHY IS IT AN OPTION THEN PUT IN A DAYS LEAVE FOR NOTHING!
