Stupid and disrespectful FNB

FNB service is poor and they treat people as if people are fools,in two days to come am starting 4th months waiting for my father funds that are with them and I submitted all documents. I was told to wait 30 to 40 working days for the funds to reflect,then I was told to wait another 7 working days....now I don't know what to trust anymore. Overall they are group of disrespectful people.
