Stunning,awesome and extra-ordinary service

On the 25th June I had the unfortunate incident of my FNB bank card being swapped resulting in R5000 being withdrawn in my account **********ly. I immediately reported the matter and had my card cancelled while the ***** was busy with the card.I must confess I have never experienced such a caring and human caring bank in my life. I immediately got an assuring call from the ***** department to confirm my case and the subsequent follow up call from Mr Nelani was a marvel and really took me by a wonderful surprise and brought calming effect into my spirit.I would like to thank them sincerely for their exemplary service and stopped me from suicidal idealization because this blow was too much for me to handle as it meant my family was to be without basic needs.<br> I would like to move all my banking needs to FNB and please FNB call to tranfer my bond. I can not help but recommend your speedy process you took to refund me the R5000 plus the bank charges.You are really my heroes when it comes to dazzling a client. I did not really expect this wonderful and speedy service and you left a mark in my mind that can never be erased by no one. Please continue leading the way and helping as u do
