Student loans

I am a 2nd year student at university and we have been making use of FNB student loans to may for my tuition. My first 2 years the loans were seamless. The 3rd year has been the most horrific time of my life!!

I have until the 31st of January to pay and have been trying to get ahold of FNB student loans for 3 weeks now.

You are unable to call them! you have to log a call me back on their website And the turn around time is 3 working days. I wonder if they know the difference between 3 working days and 3 weeks as no call has veen received!!! It looks like i would be missing my 3rd year of vasrity registration. THANK YOU FNB YOU DEFINITELY DID NOT HELP ME. YOUR MOTTO 'HOW CAN WE HELP YOU' DOES NOT PROVE TO BE TRUE!!!
