Student loan / Incompetance

I app**** for a student loan in 2014, it was granted. After the second premium went off my account i discovered that an amount of R 105 was been deducted for insurance for the loan. <br> i have more that 6 mil life cover at a very well known company. I have send my policy schedule the the relevant department in Sept 2014, it was confirmed that i was received.<br> <br> Today on the 8th off Apr 2015, when i wanted to go and settle the outstanding balance i re discovered that the premium for the insurance is still going off.<br> <br> You cannot speak to that department, the student load departments team leader must send email to that department team leader to follow up.<br> <br> And guess what, it was promised that i will have answer today, nothing.<br> <br> I am so gatvol of big companies like Fnb that dont give a ****, but you must just dare to stop a debit order man a man do they harass you.<br> <br> So i am going to speak to all my friends and tell them we must close our accounts at FNb.<br> <br> For someone that have a platinum card, to get treaded like this!!!!!!<br> <br> It is *********** people working there, and because of there incompetance i as client must suffer
