Wells - Student loan / CPP - (BCM Wells)<br> My husband took out a loan to further educate our son, i noticed that we were paying for a CPP of +-R80 and asked for it to get removed. Warren has life cover insurance that he could cede to the value of the loan and offered this to FNB. FNB confirmed that the CPP can be removed, which is in accordance with the National Credit act., provided that our son Bryan has a life cover policy that could also be ceded. a. Bryans life has little to do with the signing and repayment of the loan and as such should not enter into this equation at all., the responsible person for the loan repayment is Warren Wells <br> <br> todate i have not been offered resolution to this and now that i have had to go to this medium to get a response and close the case on this i do hope to have someone contact me.<br> or my husband<br> <br> Once this is resolved we want to start to repay the capital and as such need to know what to budget for.<br> <br>
