STUDENT LOAN

Is there a bank in SA who will help or just get back to me about a Student Loan....still waiting after a week....how many phone calls....app messages, with a Reference but up till today ....STILL NOTHING.... This is not the first and only time I struggle with FNB....and it is my bank.....IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CLIENTS...I am soooo sick and Tired of a CALL Centre thats been USELESS!
