Student Account ***** Committed Dec 2019 no outcome

My daughter had online ***** committed on her student account. It was reported to ***** dept In mid December 2019 banker advised to block the card to prevent insufficient funds being raised. My daughter didn't get a replacement card. FNB is sending threatening emails for R68 to be paid into this account or they will blacklist her. Really FNB, show me the details of the ***** result. She's a student that's petrified at the moment that her name is going up be blacklisted.
