Stuck in a country outside SA without money

My cards was ****** and now 5 weeks later I am out of money. I was **** to and told I will have my card delivered in Taiwan. After no communication I called and was put on hold for 13minutes (int call rates). Called larer found out they sent my card to cresta mall...i did not know that place existed. I live in cape town and the delivery address was for Taiwan. I was told this is now an emergency but a week later I still havent heard a thing from them... i dont know how i will survive withou access to my money...and still it is all quiet. They offered me private client status but if this is how they treat platinum.clients there is no way I will accept this.
