Struggling to obtain settlement quotations

I have been trying to get a response from FNB's overdraft and revolving loans department to get a settlement quotation, but I do not receive any feedback and it has been weeks. I would really like to settle my accounts, but if it is so difficult just to get a settlement quotation, then I don't even want to think what a nightmare it would be to get a paid up letter out of them. I don't know if they are not interested in an early settlement, or if the staff are not doing their jobs, as I have received autoreplies that my emails have been received and will be attended to but with no response.
