Struggling to get through to FNB LIFE

Good morning

Ive been sending emails requesting for a call from FNB LIFE COVER as I am a member and when I call I hold on for 20min without getting through

How long does it take to get to FNB LIFE, funny how fast and consistence you call us when you sell the policies to us but when it comes to delivering the same consistent communication that we need clarity from we struggle to get hold of you
