Struggling to get paid up letter and an update at the credit berau

Im not happy with fnb i made a loan in 2024 and paid the loan off... Its now 2026nand the credit berau states the loan has not been updated since i took it out... Ive been struggling since februarie to get it updated i phoned numerous times they keep saying it is in the que for the berau... So i gave it the time it needed but still no update so i phoned for them to send me the paid up letter so i can dispute it myself with the credit berau they keep saying it will be send to me within 48 hours im still waiting... So i decided to email but still nothing is happening they keep sending the wrong paid up letter even when i give them the accoumnt number on witch im requiring a paid up letter... I went into the branch for assistance were i was told they canot help me but in previous cased they printed me the paid up letter... Im nolonger banking with fnb as this is not the first issue i have with them.... I just cant see how a loan is not updated since you took it out its 2 years later and now i have to struggle to get my credit updated
