Struggling to get funds from my inactive account

I recently requested for my FNB Private Clients account to be closed as I am currently undergooing debt review. The account in question could unfortunately not be completely closed as a result of a RCP that i have with FNB, the person who assisted me telephonically then advised that my account be downgrded to prenier banking and that my montly fees would be less. I have now recieved payment on the said account and when i called no one could provide clarity on how i can acess these funds and I am really in urgent need. The problem is i cannot transact at all in this account, but to my surprise it is still able to recieve payments?
