Struggling to get a smart device

Hi, how the hell must you get a smart device if you are scored lower, but the device you want you can afford? I wanted the Galaxy Note 5,but I'm scored at 300 rand. I can't accept it as I'm earning more than last year!! For me it's an insult and **************. They always say it is the credit bureau, bit this makes bad service!! I'm not happy at all with FNB.
