Struggling to close account

Let me say I am so disappointed with FNB revolving loans let me say. I have been trying to settle the account since 22 March and till to date (05 April 2022) I am unable to get proper assistance. They make you regret having any account with them at this point. You pay the money to the lawyers and when you follow up they tell you the account is not with them and they cant tell you what happened to your money. I am so frustrated with FNB and lack of attending to queries when you call that stupid machine does not let you speak to the consultant without approving at the app. Yho, I never been so annoyed shame.....
