Struggling to change company name

It's really sad that they only way of getting a response out of FNB is to go via Hellopeter.

I'm trying to change the name of my company, have provided documentation to that effect, and am unable to get a response from FNB despite following up.

The notion of a "personal banker" only exists in the minds of the executives. In practise, you go via automated systems with different people dealing with your case. There is no "personal", and instead you're treated like a number.
