Struggling for over a month with FNBConnect

I ordered a device and had my number ported from Vodacom beginning of Oct 2016. I received two sims and activated both via my online banking profile. The one sim with my correct ported cell number ********** 577 showed as prepaid. The other sim showed the FNB contract details. After numerous requests and eventually contacting "RBJacobs", I was told they would contact me. No one has contacted me but on Saturday morning the contract had been moved to the correct sim card but my ported number of ********** 577 was incorrectly replaced by number ********** 6792. I couldn't make calls from the phone though. I called the contact centre Sat morning and spoke to Khalin (?), reference no ********** 601. After first telling me to buy a Vodacom sim card?????? she checked with the porting department and advised that the number had been ported back to Vodacom!!!! I told her the long story and she assured me that the number would be ported back to FNB overnight and would be active by Sunday morning. Sunday morning, my ********** 577 was not usable and the ********** 6792 no longer exists either!!!!! I called the contact centre yesterday morning and spoke to Leandra Williams at 11.28am and was told the porting department did not work on Sundays and she could not assist me. She would give a message to Khalin to call me today. No one has called me and I cannot receive or make calls from my cell phone. My phone at this point is useless.

Please, please, please can this be sorted out once and for all. I've lost a month and a half of data and airtime on my FNB contract and I'm having to use my Telkom landline to call your contact centre which is costing me a fortune. This is absolutely the worst service I have ever had from FNB and I'm really disappointed. It honestly seems like no-one cares about customer service at FNB.
