STRUGGLING for days to get paid up letter on a loan account pathetic service

Hi am very disturbed by the fact that it seems impossible to get a paid up letter for a loan account i settled more then a week ago. Each and every agent i spoke to for the last 4 hrs have said they cant assist or cant hear me and then just transfers the call,Iits pathetic none of them even try and take the time to try and assist me . i can just please get a PAID UP LETTER for account ***. i have gone into a branch , called downloaded app and still no letter !!
