Struggle to stop and reverse ********** debit order
I have tried to contact FNB to stop an unauthorized and ********** debit order. I have been cut off 5 times! Eventually when I got through they tell me to phone the next day the 16th only to be told I need to phone the following day!! How do FNB allow ******* deductions on my account without my written consent?

17 Dec 2020, 11:55As yet nobody has contacted me and on 17 Dec 2020 another ******* deduction has been conducted on my account of R1455.42. This brings the total in 2 days to over R4000 **********ly deducted. The premier suite and ***** numbers say debit order disputes are not available at this time!!! I am losing money and FNB is doing nothing about reversing the amounts!!!! ????????????????
