Struggle to get assistance, even with all their "easy" options

I'm a bug FNB fan and try to keep all my accounts with them. I want to buy a business/property, but can't find anyone to give me advise or tell me what's needed. I've asked on the FNB message app, but we're just given a nr and email, with no questions answered. So I phoned, but the number is just ringing or says out of office. So I requested a call back on-line and I'm still waiting. Athenkhosi emailed me, I requested a call back, but she never phoned. I emailed again, reminding her, but apparently she has more important clients. She still didnt phone me, there is no vooice messages, no assistance and she basically gave me the cold shoulder. Since when must I beg for service?! How am I suppose to contact the bank?! What happened to "how can we help you?!" YOU CAN CALL ME, ASSIST ME, ADVISE ME, PRETEND LIKE YOU CARE FOR CLIENTS!
