Struggle to close FNB share investor account

I have been struggling for months to close my FNB share investor account. I have been told to go to the nearest branch to close the account and there I was told to call the share investor number where I also did not get any joy. I am tired of the bad service. Please help me to close the account. The account has not been used for more than a year. Please contact me so that the account can be closed.
