Struggle porting from fnb connect

Im trying to port my number back to mtn with noavail, after foolishy being lured to fnb connect by a teller. Though the experience was horrible i stayed with them for months but now i want to port back my number to mtn, have tried for days with no response at all. I cant afford to loose my numbet its dear to me.
