Struggeling to settle account

Worst bank ever endless issues with them. Been struggeling over a week now to sort some stuff. Everytime you call the center you get difrend answer and nobone can help you. They are easy to give you a loan bud when you want to settle endless issues. I have settel my account and now i have to wait 2 weeks!!!!!!! For all to be cleared. Unacceptable
