Stressful experience

I have called numerous times just to request to change my debit order details for my revolving loan but I get sent back and forth I called ***, *** and *** they all didn't help kept telling me I'm on the wrong department they transferring me or giving me the right number I didn't know that a simple request can be this stressful I spoke to more than 5 agents some didn't tell me their names but I remember Precious,Lee Andrew, Stella and others every one of them I told them I want to update debit orders details for my revolving loan the last lady even.dropped a call on me
