Stranger linked to my bank account by FNB

I opened a youth account for my 14 year old child at FNB Cornubia branch and my experience has been nothing short of horrible. 1st the account was not linked to my profile and when I went to the bank at Gateway I was told I can't do anything on the account because It's not linked to my account and they couldn't help because I had to go back to curnubia. They Emailed the lady who opened the account and she called me saying it was resolved. Then I found out that its opened as a Muslim account and I'm not a Muslim neither is my 14 year old daughter.

Now the most scary thing is that my account is linked to a stranger that I have no knowledge of. If this person logs onto his banking profile he can use my account. This is a big security risk that FNB has exposed me to.
