Strange deductions from my account
Hi FNB
I’ve been pleased by most of your service for a long time. However, for some reason my account has had some deductions that I don’t understand and seem to be coming from nowhere. I see a lot of people are complaining about this as well. I lost R115 for “Item unpaid no funds 01” despite having money in my account. Please give me information about what this is.
Also, there is a “Magtape unpaid” for a large amount of money that is making me nervous and I can’t find information about what that is.
Like I said, a lot of people are complaining about. Please respond.
