Stranded and *****ed: Emergency Service Fails Me in Every Way Imaginable

I am absolutely livid! On the night of February 27th, I was stuck in a full-blown emergency—stranded late at night, desperately begging for help to swap my wheel with the spare after hitting a stupid pothole. All I needed was a spanner, but apparently, that was too much to ask from this pathetic excuse for a service! First, I had to sit there, fuming, waiting forever just to get through to emergency services—do they not get that people are in actual danger out here? Then, when I finally got someone, the agent had the gall to insist my car needs to be towed and assessed, even though I drove it just fine and screamed at her that I didn’t want a tow—I just wanted to get home safely! I begged for a spanner, nothing more, and somehow I still got stuck paying for it myself after all that garbage. And this was after sitting in a sketchy, high-risk area for nearly an hour, praying I’d even get a response! Oh, and if you don’t have airtime or minutes, forget it—you’re completely abandoned, no help, nothing. But here’s the worst of it all: their so-called complaints department isn’t even picking up, and now they’re claiming there’s no recording of my incident—like I didn’t spend an eternity on the phone with them! They’re saying I never even called. Are you kidding me?! This is beyond a joke—it’s a total infuriating nightmare!
