Stopping my Debit order on their own Accord and just handing me over

Good Day.

I have had this issue with Discovery and FNB for some time now. My credit card which was with discovery was suddenly handed over. When I say Suddenly, I went from having a debit order, to one month the Debit was not deducted. I did try and contact discovery asking why they never deducted the amount, before I could get answers out of discovery or FNB, I received an sms that the account has been handed over??? I find it so annoying that the lawyers will phone you 3 times a day for the money, but FNB nor Discovery will not make one single effort in resolving issues with you as a client before handing you over. Obviously they have my contact details as the lawyers are in my easr all the time. Extremely frustarting, and I just get bounced between discovery and FNB. Everyone says they wil look at it and get back to me. Nothing!
