STOPPED DEBIT ORDER

@fnb. Spent several hours on the phone to stop x2 debit orders. I eventually received the sms confirmation from fnb that the debit orders have been Stopped. I was charged by fnb to stop the debit orders. To my utter dismay my account was debited this morning. So I suppose I have to spend another several hours trying to get them to reverse the payments. This is unacceptable.
