Stop wasting my time

Why is Takealot Delivery Team making a missed call, they just let a phone to make ONLY one ring and there after they sent a message to contact them, by the time I answer the phone they put it off after one ring, they have time to waste, if they don’t want to deliver my card they must just send it to FNB branch near me for collection.
