Stop using *********** companies

Birds of the same feather flock together I don't understand why such a big company would use the forever unprofessional dsv couriers after opening a business account I've been waiting for them to deliver my card, I have been calling several times with no help I can even trasact even thru Internet banking. We are approaching week 3 now. Once I get that card I'm withdrawing all the money and moving to another bank.
