STOP USING FNB FOREX PAYMENT NONSENSE PROCESS TRY OTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS FOR FAST AND EASY PROCESS

I have made a forex payment to our service provider in Zambia about days ago the payment was not processed untill today when i contacted the bank to check what going on and only after they stated want to process the payment and asking more documents but all this time they have been quite this is a business account whech they are suppose to care alot with business and moneys we are paying monthly. I asked them to cancel the forex payment and retun my funds so that i can process the payment with other financial faster and efficient service provides but iam not getting any responses since morning on both chats and emails
