From a customer who has been with you for over 15 years, who has paid off two loans in record time, who has never opened an account with another bank, stop using Digital planet to deal with Smart device delivery. They are terrible, make empty promises and the devices are never delivered on time. Go have a look at the amount of complaints they have. Seriously. They are tarnishing your brand and making me question FNB as an institution.
