STOP TAP AND GO

I have been waiting a week now for FNB to assist me in removing or adjusting my tap and go on my credit card. Apparently the credit card tap and go limit is R500 and can't be removed or adjusted. How pathetic. Still waiting for a solution. This new tap and go system of FNB is pathetic. With other banks you can adjust it with one phone call. Think I should switch banks.
