Stop taking money out of my acc without my permission!! I’m on zero business account stop charging me account fees!!!

You reversed the R89 account fee on my The BakerBaker account( no communication yet I'm still waiting) then charged me R48 account fees on 17th dec! What the hell for??? My account is a zero account with no bank fees, what the hell is going on!! I’m still waiting for you to call me and explain what the hell is going on, u reversed the R89 but now charging me R48!! Why are u doing as u plesse on my account ??? Did u put back my account in zero business account ?? Clearly not cause why did u charge me R48 account fees on 17 Dec !! I demand that somebody calls me and fix this asap!! If no call is received by 12pm on the 19th dec I will have no choice but to take this matter to the ombudsman
