My query is ( every month same story) - Hi, help please !! I don't know really how many times do I need to ask FNB to stop sending me statements on post or email !! Not on any of my accounts not on my kids accounts !! You are still insisting on doing this - lately u insist on sending my child's account !! Account no ***

Why ????? Stop emailing this statements and stop posting them too

Can you please log a call and ask the relevant people to stop doing this !! I'm asking this same thing each month we are in the second year now going to three and counting ! So tired

Now I was chatting to a character called Jules on your chat platform who is rude! Can’t even read ! Did not bother reading Thid query just told me to get statements on the app so I asked if he read this query cause where did I ask for a statement?? And he ended the chat ! What creatures are u hiring there that are so rude??? Where in my query did I say I want u to send me a stating !! So annoyed
