Stop saying you have rep**** in private knowing you did not reply

They keep saying they have rep**** to me privately and there is no such, I'm gonna keep on writing here till my issue is resolved and I'm starting a campaign against fnb, FNB doesn't care about our clients, my account is being blocked by a Hassan Faheema who is clearly have something against me, I can't run my business because my account is blocked and she is not willing to unfreeze my account despite my numerous attempts to make arrangements.
