stop promissing what u cant deliver

I opened a business Account a month ago telephonic. Since then I've been calling u guys to make a follow up but I seem not to get help. U promised to get back to me in 3 working days but still.. U then sent me a massage that confirms all my documents were received and everything s fine u will be activating my account in 24 hrs but still nothing . I then received a call from a courier company CCD they told me they coming to collect the outstanding documents but FNB has never called me to prepare which document.. Now my cell phone number s being blocked by u.. Every time when I call *** the call get ended or the number I have dialed is incorrect.. Please guy stop this thing u doing I will report u. I'm really tired of ur bad treatment and empty promises
