STOP PAYMENTS FOR WHAT!!!!

I have chatted to the group of bankers earlier in July and placed a stop on a debit order for Clientele - to my surprise (actually not cause its FNB) the debit went off from my account after I was told that it was stopped AND worst of all - previously when I wanted to reverse the debit I was told it cant be reversed. so what are you going to do now??????????? I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
