Stop payment? Not by me!

At the end of July I noticed that my cheque account was inactive. I phoned customer care and was refered to our local branch. They told me that I put my account on hold and was charged R50 for this service. They \fixed"the account and upgraded it. I could do day to day transactions. In Aug I realised that none of my debit orders went through. I had to pay by EFT. All the debit orders had a stop payment notice. The companies charged me penalties and gave me bad credit references as well. I tried customer care again and was refered to our local branch once more. Phalaborwa brach said the problem has been fixed and confirmed with an e-mail. On 2 September I received calls that my debit orders has been returned once again with the same message as previous month. I paid by EFT and was charged again an my credit record looked even worse. I tried to phone our local branch with a promise from them to phone back. They never did. I send e-mails no response. I phoned customer care and they promised to phone back and did not. Must I close my account after more than 15 years for debit orders to be paid? I want all costs to be refunded and a letter because of FNB incapability to do their job"""
