Stop orders created on my behalf

I believe with all my heart that Fnb have something to do with this companies that have no name and taking money from my account every month. And this companies they are taking odd money e.g R129, R99, R98. And for one to stop this stop order FNB CHARGES R5 via cell phone banking and R15 WHEN YOU CALL THEM DIRECT. AND WHEN THEY REVERSE THE CASH Fnb charge you R15. I honestly believe that FNB is Benefiting alot from this. Alot. Why FNB are you relaxing and not doing anything about this. I want my money.
