stop order without my concern

to whom it may concern i am not very satisfied with the service i received with the debit card department in Johannesburg, there is a life insurance company called LIFEBEN which has been deducting funds off my FNB check account without my knowledge, the stop order was placed on my account without them communicating with me or even advertising oh selling their product to me, a sum of R99.00 has always been taken off my account without any sms notification, i don't even know how long this has been happening i called in the card division all they just did was reverse an amount of 199.00 and the rest was untraceable then the consultants told me to sort the situation out on my own, then they also stated that LIFEBEN has all my account details and personal details without my knowlegde
