Stop Order was worthless

I requested a stop order on my Vodacom account, as it had been cancelled several months prior and yet Vodacom kept debiting my account.

Essentially, FNB took my money for the stop order and did nothing about Vodacom. The new amount Vodacom has debited has virtually the same reference code and came out on the same date yet nothing was stopped!

Vodacom has removed more than R900 from my account in the last two months without so much as a statement.
