Stop order implemented but debit orders still acti
During January 2016 I went to Silverton Bank and stopped all my debit orders as I'm currently unemployed and waiting for UIF payments. I don't know, when I'll receive UIF money, therefore I stopped all my debit orders. I was supposed when debit orders went off regardless. I was charged R500.00 in penalties.
Wednesday 3 Feb 2016 I want to Silverton bank where I explained the situation and I was told the penalties will be reversed.
Nothing has happened my account is still in arrears, please help
