STOP DROPPING AND TRANSFERRING US INCORRECTLY PLEASE!
I have tried to call them since friday with calls being cutoff by agentss and transferred from pillar to post with absolutely no joy. I then tried sending messages on facebook to false promises. Today we are attempting to apply for a bond I was transferred to about 8 people and still not help. from new bonds, to existing bonds, to cancellation of bonds and sales this is a circus. really sad

06 Feb 2020, 12:11Good day I have been asked for so many documents which after getting my Accountant to gather in full speed was sent to the agent yesterday. Today I was emailed to apply for the bond online by the same person whom requested the details.process was so difficult for a business owner with minimum advise and phone numbers that go to voicemail from fnb. This application had all the info already sent to consultant felt like such a duplication of work and extremely tiring. ????????????
