Stop debit order? What's that.

You guys have a flawed process when stopping debit orders. You check amount range, great. But the debit order description... guys you can do better. If last months D/O is "fnb loan 201026" and this month's one is "fnb loan 201126" (note that one character is different), from the same 3rd party, with the same amount range, that's considered different. I think you guys are exploiting us customers for more charges as this kind of scenario can be accounted for. But hey you're big bank, you want me to reverse as well, another charge. Also, how would I stop this debit order if it increments the date every month, you do not have the means then. And don't tell me about asking the 3rd party to stop this D/O. I'm requesting YOU to do it.
